Bismarck, N.D. – The Bismarck Police Department announced the launch of its Biennial Citizen Survey on September 1, inviting residents in and around Bismarck to share their opinions on public safety and police services.
The survey, which will remain open until October 1, 2025, is designed to help the department understand community attitudes, identify safety concerns, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Officials said the feedback collected will guide future policies, programs, and community initiatives, supporting efforts to build a safer and stronger Bismarck.
